Designed for a Floreat family this custom-designed 4 bedroom, 630m2 home sits in a prominent corner location. The striking contemporary design of this private residence draws its inspiration from the heritage of several iconic homes within the Floreat and Perry Lakes area. Striking a fine balance between both mid-century modern and modernist architecture styles.

The original design brief was a contemporary style, open plan home, at least 550m2 in size with seamless indoor/outdoor flow, including a scullery, home theatre, and a library (tech-free zone) for all the bookworms in the family, a laundry chute and abundant storage. The family of four were seeking a home design that could easily adapt to their needs and changes in dynamics as they grew older.
