This project involved substantial renovation and extension works to the ground floor, the addition of a large second storey, and a full exterior makeover.

Ground floor works included reconfiguration and renovation to every corner of the original home, including a new kitchen and remodelled bathrooms and Laundry. Additions included an Alfresco Area, Veranda and Patio, as well as Laundry and Garage extensions.

The large second storey addition comprises of a Main Bedroom with Dressing area and Ensuite, an Activity Area & Landing, three minor bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate WC.

The exterior of the home was given a full makeover, including render, cladding, re-roof and additions. The original home was an outdated and modest 3 x 2. It is now a striking, 6-bedroom, 4 bathroom modern family residence.
